As co-founder of FATHOM, Rich Stump helped countless innovators leverage new technologies to speed their process, but traditional prototyping still created too many delays.

We’ve run high-volume production floors, launched complex tooling programs, managed global supply chains, and delivered mission-critical parts for automotive, medical, consumer, and industrial applications.

We know the old rules well enough to break them—and we’ve designed SnapFab to replace them with something faster, smarter, and more accessible. By shifting from CapEx to OpEx, we give innovators the flexibility to move at the speed of their ideas while maintaining the discipline, precision, and quality control of world-class manufacturing.

Our Founders

Founded by Rich Stump and PJ Forslund, SnapFab blends decades of expertise in injection molding, rapid tooling, prototyping, and large-scale manufacturing.

Rich is a Silicon Valley founder who has built and exited three companies, including co-founding Fathom and helping lead its $1.5B IPO. PJ brings deep background in high-volume molding and advanced prototyping, having led major production programs for automotive, medical, and consumer products while expanding cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities at scale.
